Game Summary
Call of duty 5 is going to be the fifth addition to the Call of Duty series, or 8 if you include all the current expansion packs and any console versions.
The news of this new addition was confirmed on December 2, 2007. The expexted release date is sometime around March 31 2009 which is the end of Activision's fiscal year.
The game will be available on the following platforms: XBOX 360, Wii, Playstation 3, Playstation 2 and PC.
Call of Duty 5: World at War Co-Op Play
The next epsidode in the Call of Duty series is officialy named World at War. Currnelty being developed by
Treyarch they are introducing something into the Call of Duty series for the first time. This is Co-Op play
which will be available for PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
The Nintendo platform will be managed by another developer but still built with the Call of Duty 4 engine. With Call of Duty: World at War (5) being set in World War 2 in the pacific based on a struggle between the United States of America and Japan.
Leaked content is supposed to be very mature with real life scenarios, such as slitting peoples throats, putting cigarettes in peoples eyes. This game is going to show the real aspects of life in World War 2.
Up until now there is no release date. However news that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has sold over 10 million (thats 10,000,000) copies which knocks GTA:4 off the top spot.
